2008 Flu Season

The Center For Disease Control (CDC) and The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice (ACIP) has recommended administration of flu vaccine for every person over the age of 6 months.

The Youth Clinic will offer FluMist to our patients and their families (2-49 years of age) who have no respiratory diseases beginning in August 2008.

Patients who have asthma may only receive Flu Shots.

Our flu clinics will begin in October 2008 where we will administer FluMist and preservative-free flu shots to all patients and their family members.

Most insurance companies cover flu vaccinations. please check with your insurance company for plan coverage;
