History The Fort Collins Youth Clinic was founded in 1964 by Dr. Donald Beard. The Clinic has since opened two additional office locations conveniently located on the north and south sides of Fort Collins and at Centerra in Loveland. Pediatricians The Youth Clinic currently maintains twelve Pediatricians who rotate between all three of it's locations as well as Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies. Physician Assistants In addition to Pediatricians, the Youth Clinic also employs six Physician Assistants as part of their healthcare delivery team. Physician Assistants function much like Pediatricians in all of our offices. The Physician Assistants at the Youth Clinic have also trained specifically in Pediatric and Adolescent medicine. A Medical Home In addition to the delivery of primary care, the Youth Clinic also maintains access to therapies and out reach clinics to help with other needs your child may have. Hospital Services In addition to attending to the needs of your children from a primary care perspective, a Youth Clinic Pediatrician is always on call at both Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies. From treating patients in the Emergency Room to attending deliveries you can be sure that a Youth Clinic Pediatrician is available to you 24 hours/day. Phone Nurses Got a question in the middle of the night? The Youth Clinic's got you covered. A phone nurse is available to all Youth Clinic patients 24 hours/day 7 days/ week. |
